Ugh, that Christmas stuff was CRAP. I'm glad you ended up not having to do obscene amounts of driving. The work stuff is also CRAP and I wish you all the best in your job hunt. In other news, I am finally downloading Worst Bestsellers and am looking forward to cackling out loud on my commute. ♥

i didn't say anything when it was happening because you were being vague and i was trying not to be nosy, BUT i think you were 100% justified. it's not like at the last second brendan found out he couldn't come home and was super-upset. (but even if it was, that's no reason to dismiss *your* feelings.)

i really hope you find a new job soon though, clara sounds like she might be worse than my old boss :/

Yeah, mostly I didn't want to like...make him feel bad, or like I was mad at him for ruining Christmas or anything? Because it was all on my mom, not on him. Then, once it had passed, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had blown everything totally out of proportion and I was embarrassed and UGH. FEELINGS :(

ANYWAY, it's over now, thankfully, and hopefully my mom has learned that she needs to think her ideas through before jumping into them and hopefully 2015 will bring good news on the job front.

Ugh, your boss reminds me of mine. Our situations are reversed though. I have too much work and not enough time, because I am the only employee. :/ I would speak out, but the bosses are so cheap, that they would put me on part time and the new employee on part time, to minimize costs. >.

Thanks! I'll be needing it! Things have been tense with me and the lady boss since New Years (long story short: I had a break down at work, first time since I've been there and she didn't take it well. :/)

Lets see how it goes. If I stay or go, I have hope for the future!
