This is my favorite part:

Charles' lips curl up into a smile, slow and soft.

"Needy?" he asks.

"Well," Erik says, dipping his head until he's just shy of pressing his lips to Charles', "I need things." He kisses Charles, lazy and open-mouthed, and drags their hips together. "I have needs."

My second favorite part would be Erik using his powers on the hot water heater. Domestic and charming and all those other good things I love about this universe.

I spend a lot of time thinking about like.....how they use their powers in a world where there's not a huge battle between mutant supremacy and mutant integration. Like, a post-integration world, I guess? This is dumb (haha, like everything else I say isn't dumb), but I always think of the first two HP movies versus the third one--in the first two, every single thing done with magic is a huge deal. In the third one, we see a lot of silly domestic things going on constantly in the background with no flourish. Brooms sweeping the floor in the back corner while the kids talk, people absentmindedly levitating books and such, etc. That's the sort of world I want to create with this and it's hard to toe the line between fitting these things in and making sure they're not obvious.

I could talk about this a lot, but I'll spare you XD I'M GLAD YOU LIKED IT, IS WHAT I'M GETTING AT. ♥

I love your Erik in the Day Care 'verse. Even as Magneto, Erik is nothing if not loyal, which you can really see here in the way that he takes care of Charles. Well done.
