I am tinhatting that the girl from these episodes is, in fact, Amy. Because last season all the strangeness revolved around Amy, and this season so far it revolves around the girl and Amy's appearing/disappearing pregnancy, and I would love it if they find a way to have the biggest time travel paradox of all.

Didn't the guy have Get Out written on his inner wrist too? I thought it was him doing the writing. Future Amy leaving the graffiti is an intriguing idea though.
