re cramps: I have, from many years ago, a magnet from a company called LadyCare which you put into your underpants - it really works in reducing my cramps (just don't stand too close to filing cabinets... they pull you in :D) it seriously reduced my painkiller intake - I got mine 15 years ago from Avon but something like it may still be available via the internet, I'm sure

I was really sad to see the closure of lgbtfest. So many good things have come of it in such a short time, so I'm happy to see another community fill that space.
