As I said on twitter, I think the casino thing is probably MORE ILLEGAL, in that you will be in jail for longer when you are caught. The adoption records one is undoubtedly more IMMORAL, however.

I think the real question is "which one is more likely to get someone killed?" and the answer is THE FIRST ONE because Team Fish & Game IS INCAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING WITHOUT FUCKING UP.
