I KNOW, RIGHT? And, like, they had REGULAR doughnuts, so I don't really understand why, if they were going to stop making one type and keep making the other, they would choose to stop making the RELEVANT ones.

I love markets too! And I love the Greenmarket in Union Square, which is what this is based on. It's just... so completely full of happy.

(PS: I totally have your original story open in another tag and when I have more than like, ten minutes to sit down at my computer [ie: when I get back home] I will be reading it and commenting!)

Making fun of me is my parents' main hobby. They're actually... I dunno, we don't really talk about my sex life, but when I was in high school they used to let my girlfriend spend the night in the same bed as me, so... yeah, I think they're just relieved I won't be accidentally having any babies or anything.

I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW. God, I really want a fic from Rodney's POV at the moment, with him so terribly depleted that he can't even stop himself from using John's given name in public. I can see him beating himself up over it, too, because it's such a private, special thing that he tried to use against John to get him to do something and alkjfoiewajf;lskdjfoiwefjl*

CAN YOU PLEASE WRITE THIS FIC? BECAUSE IT KINDA SOUNDS LIKE YOU'VE GOT MOST OF IT WRITTEN IN YOUR HEAD. *FLAIL* And it sounds like that's exactly what Rodney did, doesn't it? Like he used John's first name, the name he obviously uses ONLY IN PRIVATE, pleadingly, to persuade John. MY GOD, THE IMPLICATIONS! AND YES TO RODNEY ANGSTING OVER IT. AND RODNEY IS A DEEP PERSON, I JUST KNOW IT!

Did Mirek start in this journal then? I'd like to read more of him, he sounds very intersting.

I started again today--it was just tedious because I think I would have been fine except I literally just ended my period, so it started up again almost immediately when I was off the pills. And also tedious because of COURSE it happens when I actually have the chance to have sex. ::shakes fist:: Never again.
