buying in bulk

My mother sent me to Costco today to return one item and buy dinner and I was reminded of just how ludicrious Costco is. I mean, everything is ridiculously large from the moment you pull up and grab a cart that's large enough to seat two children. This is hysterical.

My family are BJ's customers, but it's the same principle. My mom cannot resist a "bargain" on things we do not need.

My mother and I both swear my dad has 'price club disease.' We've occasionally stolen his costco & BJ's cards (because he needs both) and won't let him go unless one of us is accompanying him.

I'm kind of like that at IKEA, actually. I can totally do something with this awesome 99 cent plastic basket! REALLY!

telyn_timber is working at BJ's this summer. I need to go visit her at work sometime. Because that's what good roommates do. *nods emphatically*
