The FBI Agent and his Extremely Understanding Wife make breakfast for the Criminal, who thanks them by grudgingly revealing information about a crime that he'd been keeping to himself. After the missing art is found, they all have drinks. The Extremely Understanding Wife goes up to bed, leaving the guys to have hot, quippy sex on the couch. Afterwards the Agent goes up to bed, and when he wakes up in the morning he and his wife have slightly less quippy but romantic and hot sex.

Neal was on Peter couch, beaming up at him. Adorably. Which, Peter reflected wearily, almost certainly meant he was up to something.

"Hi, Peter!"

"Peter?" El's voice drifted out from the bedroom. "Is that Neal I hear?"

"Yes!" Peter shouted back.

"If he committing a crime?"

Peter looked at Neal, who smiled winningly but didn't actually deny anything. Peter sighed. "Probably, yes!"

El appeared in the bedroom door, grinning wickedly. "Well, then why don't you slap some handcuffs on him and bring him in here, so we can explore the obvious subtextual sub/dom relationship he has with you?"

Peter opened his mouth. Peter closed his mouth. He considered trying to explain what an incredible breach of ethics that would be.

Then Peter looked at Neal. Neal grinned up at Peter. Almost against his will, Peter was forced to contemplate the image of Neal - Neal and El - Neal and El and him - and handcuffs.

"Neal Caffrey," said Peter solemnly, "you have the right to remain silent..."
