"That's very gender essentialist of you." Rainbow Dash shook her head. "Anyone can identify as a Brony."

"That's right, brah," Daniel Dae Kim said cheerfully. And then Hawaii 5-0 kidnapped the cast and gave them to Scott Caan's daughter.

Yyyyyeah. I've only seen one episode, I think? but I feel like since it's a kids' show I basically have the gist. SHOCKINGLY, there is a boy! At least one, anyway. He's Applejack's brother and he says, "Eeeeyup." Although I also kind of wonder if some of the main ponies are boys, but we can't tell because...they're My Little Ponies?

I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS SHOW BUT HAVE ALWAYS ASSUMED THIS IS WHAT ITS ABOUT.

I have been wondering about the Brony thing myself, but I suppose it is rather gender essentialist of me to do so :(
