There's a big flash and then Captain Archer finds he is stuck behind bars in a cage wearing white nappies. Because he is now in the body of a chimpanzee. And the Enterprise is not going to save him, because that's a different show. And then Cavil from BSG appears and makes fun of him.

"Oh dear," Sam said, looking down at himself in the uniform of a strangely dated Starfleet uniform. "What have they gone and screwed up so badly that the universe had to send me here?"
"Are you all right?" asked the hot Vulcan chick.
"A bit disoriented, but I'll recover," Sam said. "Also, I didn't know that I Leaped into fictional universes. ...This *is* fictional, right Al?" ... "Al? ...Al? Buddy? You there?"
I have seen about one episode of each, and this is legitimately my thought process when I stumbled onto Enterprise way too late on some really fucking weird channel one night.
