write about a time the lights went out: Being Human- George/Mitchell

It's the hottest summer either of them can remember ever, and for Mitchell that's saying something. The dead of night and it's still 30°C, the rolling brownouts not helping much. George and Mitchell are laying on the floor in the back room that while it doesn't get much sun, the moonlight streams through the open windows. It's almost the full moon, and while George is normally twitchy this week he has just been almost lethargic.

"It's too hot to move." George moans out. "It's almost too hot for sex."

"Oh really?" Mitchell cocks an eyebrow at him. "Would you like to support your theory?"

George raises himself up to loom over Mitchell, looks at him questioningly, then almost as if in slow motion lowers himself down, runs his fingers over his jaw and kisses him.

They lay there like that for ages, just kissing, just holding each other, pressed end to end, too hot from each other's presence and the warm air to want to do anything else, till Mitchell shifts just right against George and they explode
