Annie sunk down into the chair in the little room she decided to call her own. Her family rarely came up this way and she just wanted them to leave. Wandering around the place was just too depressing and she just wanted to be alone, wanted them to just get on with everything. Their emotions were practically visible, it almost hurt, like walking into a freezing cold air conditioned room on a hot summer's day.

One day, after her family had left and Michael was the only one left she walked into thei- what used to be their bedroom she found him there, lying on their bed laying face down crying, holding her pillow.

"I'm so sorry, Annie. I..." he broke down sobbing once more.

She sat down next to him, still startled that she didn't move the bed by sitting down. She concentrated so hard, harder than she had ever thought about anything before and tried to brush his hair off his forehead. She was so surprised when it worked she almost fell onto the floor. She kissed his temple and let him be.

I Is Sowwy :( I can only seem to write really weird, really sad, or crack fic. I can't seem to find a happy medium.

Oh gosh. I haven't actually seen this yet, but I love the tone and feel of this. This was such a sad prompt D:

really liked this, there's not enough annie fic around
