As many of you know, I consider my hair my essence. I sculpt it in its most emaculate form, some even deeming it my tiara. The closer to perfection of the apex atop, the better I tend to feel about myself. I'm making the effort to quit smoking by the end of the year. This week, I decided to not smoke while I'm at work - not on my breaks, not on my lunch hour, not before or after I clock in. To put it into a little perspective, I leave my house at 12:30, make it back into my car by 10:30. That's 10 hours of being smoke-free, and that's exciting to me ( Read more... )
