Yes and No? There's a two-way tie for 3rd place, thus taking the spots of 3rd and 4th place, leaving the next placement at 5th. There's also a two-way tie for 11th place, thus taking the spots of 11th and 12 place, leaving the next placement at 13th. I've always done things this way so that last place (unless there's a tie for last) equals how many participants there were in that challenge.
