Petticoat petticoat

After the gym, I pretty much spent the evening pinning and sewing bias tape to the bottom edge of my petticoat in hopes that it will be less scratchy on my legs. I did a pretty crappy job but I figure 1. no one is going to see it and 2. it's not a permanent job. My goal is to either get a better petticoat or make a better one by the time convention
