i just found out that my $35 Cyberhome all-region DVD player that I've had for 2 years can also play DivX files straight of a DVD-R disc! Sweeeeeeeeeeeet! If only it would play through the TV shows that Amanda tries to watch on it.

have you all seen the propaganda site that the Bush admin has thrown up to support his latest budget policies? it's fucking scary, and at times quite absurd. there are lists of federal programs, all to be cut by the new policy, that were deemed "ineffective."
