I know. I really like having this online outlet, but GAAAAHAAHAH. It's not going to be worth it if that starts being the identity google associates with my professional life.

Ohh... is it the boxes below the reply box that say "Repost to" Facebook or Twitter?

Hmm. If you click on "Settings", you get a page about this. It includes, for both FB and Twitter, a message like this:

"Note: To allow cross-posting to Facebook, connect your accounts by clicking the Facebook icon above."

So it looks like, unless the owner of the LJ links their accounts, it can't happen. I'll test that... yep, the boxes are greyed out on your account so I can't select them, because you've presumably not linked your accounts. I think you're safe unless you do the linking.
