The Jupiter Family: Chapter 1

Meet my adorable founder, Skyla Jupiter! Jupiter was the first family name to pop into my head, since it’s my favorite planet and this challenge is all about the aliens.
This is her faithful companion, Trixie! Yeah, she’s just a boring, standard Collie. I forgot to unlock all of the pet stuff before I made her.
Check out that chin! I really love her nose though.
The legacy house: I splurged a little on the shell, and it’s completely empty inside except for the bookshelf Skyla wanted.
Of course, the “farm.” She couldn’t afford the third fruit tree, but it’ll come eventually.
Time to get to work while waiting for some walkbys!
Trixie alerts us to our first visitor!
It’s Talia by mjspice . Unfortunately, she’s not spouse material. Skyla is straight.
Yay, now Skyla can buy a toilet and a tub!
Trixie doesn’t like our second visitor.
Neither does Stinky. That’s Ramona (sjoisan ).
Ramona and Talia just don’t learn. They eventually said their goodbyes.
Next up is Toolip Boyim (iolesims ). We’re getting closer to finding a spouse! Skyla likes red hair, Toolip likes females, but too bad Skyla doesn’t.
And then he appeared!
Ois Nenimos by maranatah . TWO BOLTS! And he’s wearing plaid, which just screams farmer!
Skyla is very straightforward. :)
Matching chins! Generation two is going to be quite interesting, but then again this neighborhood is full of interesting genetics anyway.
Debbie (katu_sims ) swoops in and steals Ois’ attention, but Skyla patiently waits to get in her smooch.
Um, Ois, that is not Skyla!
Much better.
Townies are finding love quicker than my founder! Mareah (ayachan072 ) and Miral (kejserligt ) became best friends and got crushes before Skyla even asked Ois on a date!
Skyla seems confused about Ois’ sudden strong feelings toward her.
She caught up though! No premarital WooHoo for these two according to the rules, and Ois had double WooHoo wants. Luckily, Skyla rolled the engagement want before the WooHoo wants.
And so they were married before they even got to be properly engaged. Trixie was their only witness, but she was sleeping as it’s 3AM.
Ois brought in $9,000 so I bought the newlyweds a nice bed so they can get to baby making! It took three tries.

And so they go out to plant some tomatoes.
What happened to the bed?!?! Dammit, Trixie! I forgot to buy her a chew toy.
Fishing party! It’s a great way to make money and friends. :D

Trixie dug a hole in the living room, so I figured Ois could check for treasure. No treasure chest, but he did find one of those $4,000 vases! *kaching*
They know they’re all aliens! :D
I still find it odd that pregnant Sims can spray pesticides; that can’t be safe.
See! It forced Skyla to go into labor!
It’s a girl! Her name is Natasha, and she got her mom’s black eyes and hair, and her daddy’s yellow skin.
As you can see, their house is slowly coming together! All of the rooms have flooring, and they have a couch!
Informing her husband of how sexy he is helped them conceive their second child on the first try! They need a boy and a girl, but I want them to have as many kids as possible. :)
Azure Desh (adalaemay ) is the neighborhood papernapper!
I’ve decided that spouses must complete the generation objectives as well. Ois is ahead of Skyla, since she’s been sleeping a lot. They both have silver gardening badges, and he has a bronze fishing badge.
Time for little Natasha to grow up!
She definitely takes after her daddy. I don’t know about her ears, but I hope she got those from him too. Aaron (jens_sims ) approves, or he just wants cake.
Natasha wanted to learn how to talk first, and Ois wanted to teach her to talk, and so it was so.
Yay! More little ones are on the way!
Let us observe as the wild Trixie prepares to pounce her prey…

She wasn’t even hungry, yet, I kept finding her in the dog bowl.
Skyla looks proud of her first batch of bland tomatoes. The rest turned out better.
The predator has become the prey!
If only Cidem (trappingit ) had walked by sooner. He has two bolts with Skyla and matches the furniture!

Melody! I find it interesting that the boys got their mom’s skin, and the girls have Ois’ skin.
Well, I’ve completed the child objectives, but Skyla wants 10 kids so 10 kids she shall get! I’ll probably regret that later, since I plan on playing all descents through all the generations of this challenge. This seems like a good place to stop, plus it’s as far as I’ve gotten in game.
