*squints* That -looks- like some kind of spanish sausage with the hanger thing and stuff... but if it is then someone has really weird taste when it comes to presents (or Tuti has international cooking skills which would be AWESOME 8D)

My first thought was sausage, because it looks bumpy? But that might just be the packaging (and who knows, stranger things have happened with Tuti's taste in food XD)

Very much looks like some kind of sausage. Kinda reminds me of the stuff I see at costco, with the sword length pepperoni (which is awesome~~~)
