Lol. I like this, because quite a lot of it applies here, too. Especially the temperature ones and the brolly one, and the one about good car parks being in the shade rather than close to the door. Queensland is kind of the Florida of Australia, with all the southerners coming up here to retire.
I tried to find 'You know you're from Victoria when' but all Google came up with was Victoria in British Columbia, rather than the state of Victoria in Australia, and everything for Geelong is just lame, lame, lame.
Yes, Queensland is a nice warm place. But in Summer we Victorians also like to find some shade under which to park our car, are always wearing sunnies so we don't get cataracts, and any Victorian with a brain will stay away from the bush on hot days in summer. Them bushfires are not friendly.
