Help!

 I don't know if anyone on my Flist can help me out here, But I would really like to learn how to make my own Icons.  I look all over for the ones I want, but I'm not Finding them.  Maybe I am just too damn picky.  So if anyone knows where I can find information, or if someone can tell me how to make them, I would 'preciate it.

You need a program like Photoshop Elements that allows you to crop pictures and let you play with them to add bells and whistles and prettifying things. There's a pretty good, active comm called icon_tutorial that's helpful. Check their affiliates for further comms and their memories for tutes. Hope this helps!
