Wade had been lugging around Cable around for the past few hours. Seriously, he whined like a baby about him going to fast, but he was hungry! Wade wanted to put his friend/whatever-Cable-was down, and just leave him there, but he had a feeling that all Cable would do would be to hack the doors, and make him waste time walking in a big giant circle, and that would do nobody any good!

So after Cable had been fed, and stopped complaining, he decided to head to the rec center, for no reason other than he wanted to. However, that meant Cable was drug along for the ride too.

When he arrived, however, it wasn't as deserted as usual. Sandyman was already there, and he bounded over to his cohort in crime, probably making Cable sick in the process.

"SANDY MAN!" he yelled, bounding up to the other man.

"Wade," Cable the sloth hissed at his carrier. Believe him, Deadpool, this was a less than ideal situation. He did not want to rely so much on one person, especially Wade who had enough on his plate as an ex-mercenary, booze smuggler, and head janitor.

Cable liked doing things himself. He liked taking care of everything. He had an assistant, but Irene (now Christie) was necessary to keep him on track--in return, he paid her handsomely and she was his confidant.

Digging his claws into Wade's shoulders, he clung for dear life as his carrier hopped across the sandy court.

Flint turned his head and couldn't help the grin that came on his face when the man bounced over to him. It was nice to be able to share the moment. It was just too bad O'Hirn wasn't here.

But... there was no point in thinking of O'Hirn right now. That'd just wreck his big day.

He held out his hands, gesturing to all the sand around them. "Can you believe this? All this time and I didn't even know!" He looked at it all again, barely able to contain his excitement, before looking back at Deadpool. "My opportunities are endless! I--"

He paused, raising an eyebrow at the creature on Deadpool's shoulder. "Hey. What's with the rat?"

Wade blinked. "Rat? What rat?" he asked, turning his head back and forth. "Sphincter says what?" he added quickly, the words coming out in quick mesh, before he looked over his shoulder at Cable, who was digging his claws into his shoulder.

"AW NATE! You're gonna make me have to buy a whole new suit now and if Christie is your new Irene that means that I won't be able to get her to make the thing that I need because she'll be too busy finding our issues instead of sewing something and then I'm just gonna be pissy!" he quickly extrapolated, his words blurring together, the words probably just a bit mind numbing.

Rat? Cable thought bitterly. This man was proving to be less intelligent with each meeting and that was saying something what with Nate's usual company.

"He means me," Nate called out. It was his old voice coming out of a smaller, furry sloth body clinging to Deadpool for dear life irregardless of his uniform and aforementioned rips. "And I'm a sloth."

Slowly, he climbed up Wade's back and slumped over his shoulder. His long arms dangled over Wade's left breast and he tried to restrain himself from digging his claws in. Animal instinct it seemed.

"Then do not throw me off," he hissed.
