Walking into that section of the kitchen, Anju sees Mina and a giant dog. Anju calls out, "What is the strange lady and her big doggie doing in the kitchen?"

"Woff," he commented as she addressed him. He stood up and bumped his body against her legs, tail swishing from side to side almost cautiously. "Wuff." By all means, cook me something, he thought rather loudly, tilting his head up and licking at her hand. It's been a very long time.
Mina. Mina!

Today she was wearing a pleated skirt that ended just above the knees the same hue as red columbines, along with a cream colored boots and top. The outfit was completed, of course, by a crimson scarf.
"I'm going to make him breakfast, I think," she answered the young girl, undoubtedly Anju one of the kitchen staff who had contacted her.
Mina started to investigate the materials possessed by the kitchen staff. It appeared that there was no meat anywhere and everything else tended to have strange add-ons to their names -- words like "Soy" and "Vegetable Based". Perhaps this adventure was going to be a little more difficult than she thought.
She stared down at the dog and said, "I suppose you're at least used to a meatless diet?"

So he wagged his tail, grinned a toothy grin, and butted her in the hip with his head. He didn't look up her skirt. That was temptation to be ungentlemanly, and that... he would not be.
For now.

Patting the dog on the head absentmindedly, she scanned the shelves rapidly. Finally, Mina pulled down a few spices, some sort of oil, and a bag of something that looked like rice. She also grabbed an enormous saucepan and activated an oven located on the outskirts of the kitchen.
Water from a nearby facet and a fair amount of the rice(?) was measured out with standardized cups. The two ingredients were then poured into the saucepan which was then applied to the top of the stove.
Unfortunately the recipe in Mina's mind was meant to make a lot of dog food.
"I hope you either have a large appetite or a couple of canine friends," she told the great fluffy beast with a hint of amusement.
