SUMMARY: Luke celebrates the new year with a bang and promptly passes out.
LOCATION: The cafeteria where all the food is being kept.

Alcohol? Oh that was just what he needed, that was for sure! He didn't even bother changing out of the drab gray jumpsuit that was one of his two only outfits, thanks to his delightful roommate (he'd just washed his clothes from yesterday earlier, but damned if he was going to take the time to change when there might be a limited supply of alcohol).

Palpatine made a beeline for the cafeteria and looked around for the booze. He needed to get drunk now.

Hotaru followed Palpatine to the party. She is still observing him for any unusual abilities. The young genius can be seen hovering overhead on her hoverscooter, wearing "Hello Kitty" safety gear. Situating herself in a position to be able to see Palpatine no matter where he went, Hotaru pulls out her notebook and began to observe the elderly man.

He appears to be looking for alcohol. Writing down her observation, Hotaru continues her watch.

Donna Noble never passed up a party. She was still a bit out of sorts here--she was worried about the Doctor and she hadn't met many people. So Donna decided that this was exactly what she needed.

She went into the cafeteria and looked around, but she wasn't surprised that she didn't recognize anyone. No, actually, she did recognize the old man from the forums. He had seemed like a nice enough person, if slightly off his rocker.

"Not much of a party," Donna noted to no one in particular, looking at a clock. It was still early, so hopefully it would pick up soon. And if not... Donna couldn't think of any old party tricks she could pull out right now, but she was positive she could think of something by the end of the night.

Hyde strolled towards the cafeteria casually, but grinning rather largely. A party, huh? Not that he was much of a party person -- at all -- a little free booze was something Hyde could suffer a little for. And after he got some beer or rum or whatever they had, who knows? Maybe he could relive his teenage hood a bit and find something "fun" to do elsewhere while everyone else was at the party.

Hahaha.

He helped himself to a drink, a rather large one, then looked around the room for something interesting. Anything. He noticed that red-head woman who reminded him of Donna... what was her name? He smirked a little at his mental joke to himself (but really, it was an interesting coincidence) and headed over, deciding he might as well make a little conversation while he was here. She was familiar-ish, anyway.
