so i had my interview at md today. i was actually pretty nervous, but it wasn't scary. the people were really nice and helpful. i think it went alright. i dunno if they'll take me, but at least i didn't feel like i fucked up ( Read more... )

awww, thanks amerzi! you can never be too sure tho ... i was afraid they might think me a freak for being obsessed and say i was socially inept or soemthing. but i don't think it went in that direction :)

Ooh! Good luck. I would never have the balls to show people my fanart. Go you man! The time invested and the HTML skills probably go a long way, to show your different skills and interests.

thanks man! i understand how you feel. i def feel that way too. i don't like this intersecting with my RL, but it's actually a pretty substantial hobby. i dunno, we got into talking about it, and he asked what i do with what i make. so i told him about the site and he wanted to see. it was kinda strange, but in the end, i think it made a good impression. :::shrugs:::
