HANG OUT #45 2012.08.04 Highlights~
Hello F-list :) Long time no see~
Again & again I'll TRY my best to post these Highlights weekly and I do hope I can keep this on for long :D
I only mentioned parts I thought kinda interesting to translate, so this is not a full show translation :)
Since I don't know if everyone has been following the show or any other English reports about it, I'll first sum up the corners HangOut has right now.

The project "We're connected" started in a collaboration with KAT-TUN's live tour [Chain] that started in February and their new album [CHAIN]. We're waiting for stories in whic you felt "Connected" or stories that you felt a quirk of fate that can't be considered a coincidence.
HANG OUT #45 2012.08.04 Highlights~

Intro:
Asking everyone to take care of their health during summer, eat well, drink well and put on some stamina.
1st mail (Dialect mail): 00:58
A Hyphen from Tokushima asks Kame if he knows where it is and Kame answers "Yes. In Shikoku". She also tells him about a festival held there called "Awa-odori", and asks for KAT-TUN to tour in Tokushima like NEWS and Kanjiani8 already did.
Then Kame talks a bit about this "Awa-odori" festival that around 1300000 people visit every year.
TO THE LIMIT
2nd mail: 05:40
A girl shooting a Zombie movie in this summer, and asking Kame how they recorded Bem's voice, and asking for advice about recording a Zombie voice.
"About how we recorded it, the mic was attached to my body. And sometimes we used dubbing in a studio while watching the filmed video, and adjusting the voice with it. Is that what you mean? Or is it the voice after transformation (into yokai)? It was dubbing. Following the filmed video. They used CG to move (his) mouth, so following that. How did I do it? Shall I do it now?
And then Kame does that same voice on the radio to show the girl. 06:36
"I think that was it. If I'm not mistaken (laughs). And for the Monster body I used a more hoarse voice while talking. (Then doing another voice) 07:04
"And also without following a certain filmed video, I recorded some raw voices, like various ways of breathing. A slowly breathing version, a short of breath version or a sad way of breathing. I entered the studio, recorded various patterns of them, and then got them attached (to the video), we also did that. But basically we did it analogue, by just bringing out this voice.

She mentions this part of WHITE lyrics:

The girls talks about her junior high school love, whom she couldn't tell about her feelings till he started going out with her best friend. Feeling that she should wish him happiness because she loves him, and that's why she felt linked to these lyrics.
Kame comments on this with one word saying that it's admirable.

I've always searched for words to send you
A very touching mail from a woman having trouble getting pregnant and tried Vitro fertlization for tens of times. Enough that she thought her life had no meaning and thought of ending it if she cann't have children. And kept thinking of what could make it easier for her. That was when she heard Kamenashi-kun's voice singing this part of WHITE, and it gave her the desire for living. People around her simply said "ganbatte=Do your best", and she kept screaming inside that she's already done her best for tens of times. Saying that ["ganbare" to kantan ni ienakute] part directly reached her heart, and made her think her feelings is being understood. And now she's still continuing her treatment.
& Kame comments "To keep on without losing hope. Because if you give up, it ends there. Really... as it was said on the mail as well, I want you to keep on running into it without losing hope."
And he reads aloud this part of the lyrics: 18:26

His last words to Horie Yukari-san, the host of NACK5's radio show "Exciting Saturday" which Hang Out is segment of it. He comments about her not having her Obon vacation, saying that she works hard. Then saying "I also....won't have any"
