There's something about constantly moving that can definitely make you feel bitter.

Much as I enjoyed college, I hated the moving part of it...I hated never quite knowing where i belong, where I live, even.

*hugs* I hope you get a chance to put down roots again. I might be nuts, but I really think that that is a key part of getting past that bitterness...

and I know that you will.

thanks for the hugs -- i totally need them :( we're trying to put roots down, here in atlanta. just that this stupid house/contractor situation hasn't been as smooth as we would have liked. it hurricane katrina was our nightmare of 2005, this house situation is definitely our nightmare of 2006. and i'm not a pessimistic person! i'm just tired of waiting for things to get better. it's taking WAY too long :(
