Sock yarn? Cool stripey sock yarn at Knit Picks!

And woot for Foyle's War. I think Anthony Howell (Sgt. Milner) is delicious! P.S. Did ya see He Knew He was Right? I liked it, but the direct address to the camera was a bit disconcerting at first...

Milner is delicious, and Foyle's quite a looker too--he's got that mature elegance to him. And I did see HKHWR (too lazy to type :p)--that's classic Trollope I thought, the speaking directly to the reader/viewer. A lot of the Victorians used that technique actually. It was a nice production, I thought.

And AHA! So that's where you all have been getting stipey sock yarn! No doubt someone will now say this link is in SPEW Resources and that I'm a blind dunderhead. lol Thanks for the link! *bookmarks*

I actually will be using Lion Brand Magic Stripe (but sock yarn is sock yarn, so get whatever...) b/c I have it. I ordered mine from Hancock Fabrics online, I do believe.

Pen, have you checked the LYS (local yarn store) map up in the SPEW resources? There are SKA-ILLIONS of LYS's in So Cal.

*HUGS*

I want to update the translations thesaurus but can't bring myself to click on the thread.

It's not going anywhere; you don't go in there till you're ready to. *hugs again*

I think your sock yarn question has been answered :)

That scarf is interesting; I'm kind of not sure about the ZOMGLONG-ness of it, but other than that it's cute.

Your brother is male: of course he doesn't care.

I'm sorry your day was odd. Odd days generally are no good and leave you feeling rather pensive afterward. *hugs once more for good measure*
