I got a call from an Arizona number today, but I missed it.

I thought it might be you, having gotten my number from a friend, calling to explain yourself. To apologize. Because last night I had a dream that you'd done just that.

I checked the number, and it was a telemarketer.

I should have known better.

It's really really really bullshit, honestly. It makes me so mad because it's like some sort of messed up, never ending spiral where I repeat lines from Bare like we friendship-broke-up due to Catholic differences, you know, that gulpy line where Peter's like "YOU HURT ME MORE THAN YOU KNOW". Wtf my life.

I have to say, friendship breakups are worse than lovey-dovey breakups. It's just something that you can never get over, you always recall bitterness.

I agree. And I mean, I'm dying to like, ask you questions about things, and even the people around me now are pushing me to, to at least attempt some form of closure even if it's by proxy, but I don't think it's fair. I mean I hardly think it's fair to begin with that you have to see me rant and rave and mope and carry on about it. So it's like super extra blah.
