work woes

Here at the lovely almost-government institution where I am gainfully employed, non-exempt employees use this system called KRONOS to clock in and out and monitor their hours. Its a phone system, nothing too sophisticated, really ( Read more... )

We use KRONOS too, but our supervisor has to approve the timesheet prior. They don't have an approver at your job?

The approver is my boss. We're a 3 person department and she's the only one who can sign off on the time cards. She's also traveling to and from tallahassee through the months of march, april & may for the legislative session. She's a little on the scatterbrained side as it is, so there are normally quite a few errors on our kronos.

I spoke to her yesterday though and she confirmed that she signed off on my sheet already and that everything should be fine. I feel much better.
