My laptop is so oooold! And I pissed off my mother recently, so I doubt she'll let me use Thomas's laptop, not that I want to because all of the documents I'm currently working on are on here. But still. It's a pain, and it hates LJ cuts. :P Geeeeh.

Forget corny, this is absolutely amazingly terribly sweet and that's something not done often enough with FujiRyo. But it's not exactly fluffy or insubstantial either, just-- I love your descriptions, I really do. Of the heat and the subtle ways Fuji and Ryoma communiciate, from New York to the beach back in Japan. And I am randomly fangirling the use of the word "sullenly." XD ♥

Keh, screw corny. What meitachi said. This is sweet without being diabetes-inducing. There's nothing more understated but loved than simple, gentle communication between these two. Just through this piece you can tell that things are somewhere in between platonics and romance for Fuji and Ryoma, just a slice of attraction, and that's what I loved about it. There's not enough of this elsewhere.

Also, Horio in a speedo? Funniest mental image ever. I think you broke my brain.

By the way...

My laptop is so oooold!

So is mine. I don't know how old yours is, but mine is from April 2001. Its CD drive stopped working two years ago, as did its USB ports, and I can only use dialup internet on it. Blech. Not to mention that the left click button is half missing. A piece of it broke off 2-3 years ago and is lost somewhere inside the main body of said laptop. Oooops? ^__^;;

*melts - and not just because of the heat* I loved how the heat is making Ryoma talk and how it´s making him say things he didn´t even wanted to. It was awesome how you described the sound of the waves and Fujis voice over the phone and the whole atmosphere you created. I loved your Fuji, too! ^_~
