How old is Will supposed to be? Do they ever say in canon?

Also, do they ever state in canon what happened to Will between the time his mom was killed and he was employed at the Sanctuary? Obviously he went to college, was employed at the FBI, etc., but do they say who raised him?

What order were people killed in Kush? When do you think the female doctor was killed?

If I wrote a Deus ex Machina fic where they get rescued in Kush, at what point would you like them to be rescued? Who's dead and who's alive?

 Hi! I am writing a story played  in Scotland and I need to name a few characters and I basically don´t have any idea about typical scottish names. Can someone give me a couple of examples?

So pretty much all we know about him at this point is that he's scottish, and was James' second in London, was acting head of the London sanctuary and is now the head. Do we know anything else about his life?
