this has been quite a ride... we found a house that we liked- we put down an offer- we do a bit of negotiating and all accept the terms- we have an inspection and inspector finds some critical flaws- 4 days before close they get repaired and we reinspect ourselves and it is not fixed- homeowners do not want to pay for the repairs and we expect to
