"Evelyn O'Connell," he replied. "Last time I heard from her, she had taken over as curator of the British Museum."

Ardeth looked up from the book he was holding.

"He did to me," he replied.

Daniel arched his eyebrows, "Well, that should make things easier if I meet them...which in this place is up to chance." Daniel scanned over a few pages in the book in his hand, then back to the shelf. The book in front of him had a curious symbol on it's spine. Taking it off the shelf he looked through it and saw a series of odd writing. He leaved through a number of pages, all with the same alien, he presumed, writing.

he held the spine so Ardeth could see it, "Have you seen this symbol before?"

Ardeth shook his head.

"I do not believe so. Why?"

Daniel pursed his lips in thought, "I was just curious, You have been here a bit longer than I have so maybe you had seen it in passing..." He stacked the alien book under the one he had grabbed earilier, "It seems to be an alien text of some kind...which I haven't seen before either." He sighed and scanned the books around him again, "Might give me something to challenge myself with, especially if I don't have a mode of comparison...Wonder if there is another book that has the translation or something along those lines?"

Turning to the shelf behind him, the books seemed to shiver a little. When they had stopped, the one in front of his face read King Arthur. "You'd think that a place that can move rooms would have some sort of system for keeping books," he muttered half to himself.
