You know, I've always wondered...

If Yu-Gi-Oh! is Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann (main character's life partner dies in the last episode then the said main character becomes a hobo) as GX is to Evangelion (everyone ends up as tang), just what the heck is 5D's? Gunbuster?
