Got it done! Took awhile to figure out a good way to wrap up the chapter ^^

I thought Little Buddy was complete, too, but then these little scenes of "well, then what happens after that?" kept poking me, and I eventually put them all together and connected a few pieces and had a whole other chapter! There might be more, you never know ^_~

Yep, I suspect either Ramjet and company don't trust Decepticon medics, or that they went to them with this crazy story about chest-eating parasites and Hook told them to stop getting in the high grade and go sleep it off.

Sideswipe does have his moments of brilliance!

I have a feeling that "keeping Little Bee a secret" isn't going to last the day, lol. And then Aid and Bee will have even MORE protectors and helpers!

I love this new chapter--Bumblebee finding (and then trying to say) his designation was adorable! I have to wonder, did a certain yellow artist have a hand in the little guy's creation, or does budding only require one mech--no outside inputs necessary? :)

So glad you enjoyed it! Little Bee has a language database all downloaded and ready to go, but putting it to practical use is still going to take some figuring out ^_^

Sunstreaker's totally the baby daddy, lol ^_~ At some point prior to this, Sunstreaker managed to get himself decapitated by one of the Decepticon gestalts; First Aid rescued his spark by putting it on life support using his own systems, right next to his own spark, resulting in a sort of spark-energy merge. The budding program that Aid downloaded from Roller channeled data and energy into creating a newspark. So, this type of budding takes two or more parental sparks.

Ratchet's on a mission - no more surprise pregnancies on his watch! He's really kicking himself in the aft even more than Aid that he completely missed the diagnosis - he should have pinned First Aid down when he got to Earth and gone over him circuit by circuit, and not just assumed any weird readings were Aid's usual weird readings ( ... )

I don't know how you do it. You weave such a complex universe with no loose ends or snags...and it all makes perfect sense. A beautiful tapestry! This latest piece is a great addition :) Thank you

And you even gave us some extra tidbits in the comments! Carrots. Carrots galore! Which ones to follow!

My mind kept thinking about your picture comics (in the next post) as I was reading this story. Big Bee and Little Bee. :)

Oh good, I'm glad it looks like a respectable tapestry from your end, that's very reassuring! From my end it looks like a tangled mess, but, y'know, the backs of tapestries probably are pretty messy looking (ooh, metaphor extension!:D)

I do like to sprinkle the tidbits now and then, lol ^_~

Those two were the original inspiration for this particular storyline, many years ago - they just looked so adorable together, I had to come up with backstory ^_^
