Thanks! It's so fun - it feels like she's a real person now instead of a possibility ^_^

Whooooo! Aunt-to-a-niece high five! :D
Congrats all around!

...what about demonic laugh and hissing? I thought my niece a demonic laugh and hissing. >_> Though to be honest, it's more that she learned it from me by observation, without any conscious effort on my part. ]:D

Add a skill of surviving being human to three cats at once to your syllabus, and you're all set for aunting along. :D

Thank you! *high fives back* :D

I'm planning to teach her a maniacal cackle as well as nine different frog calls, but I didn't even think about hissing! I shall have to add to my repertoire, lol.

Whoo hooo! Good to know I've got the skills - thanks ^_^

Congrats!

I never learned the picking up crawdads bit. Tried to pick one up once. I was gonna sneakily pick it up from behind, but it saw me coming and went zoom! back in the culvert.

Thanks!

Yeah, crawdad-picking-up works best if they're already in a net or a smallish container, so they can't zip away. I don't know if I've ever caught one by hand straight from a stream or pond, although it probably could be done with a lot of patience and luck - like tickling fish...
