So, I'm going to college! YAY. I just heard back from UT and I've been accepted into the Natural Science program, so now I know that my fall back plan will at least work. I still have to wait a bit to see if they let me in to plan II as well, but....asdfjas;fkl.

I'm home free, motha!

I'ma go out on a limb here and say that you are probably in the Plan II bag, given your academic m.o. and predilections and such. I mean you do seem hella motivated 'n all.

Anyway, yeah, tha's rad. Way to secure a sustainable path away from high school.

Thanks! And yeah: it's nice to know that I at least have the option of going to a relatively good school where I know I wont have to take out any student loans and, as such, will have financial security for the next four years.

That's so exciting! Plan II is your kinda thing, I agree. I have faith. It's extremely exciting to fel like your future is bright. What have decided about Northwestern and the price? And, yeah, what's going on with that in general?

Thanks! I will admit that I'm moderately excited, even though it's not my first choice. UT (plan II in particular) is a good school and it's nice to know that I have the option of going there.

As far as Northwestern and other schools go, I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm pretty sure I've only heard back from UT because I'm top 10%. But...yeah. I just need to wait and see how much money I can get from them. :)

As of right now, I'm down as a Bio major. However, I'd definitely like to keep going with English, which is why Plan II is rather appealing.
Are you doing your major in Bio?

Yeah, my major is in bio right now. I'm thinking of switching though, because I've come to realize I'm really not good at math or science so I was a little crazy to do this in the first place. I'm looking into communications now.
