Oh, I need a red carp to go with my little statute of Ganesha! Plenty is what I seek this year.

Oh, my! The dim sum was good. It was cold that morning and I had three different dishes for brunch!

Those dim sum look wonderful! It's been so long since I saw a spread like that. And now I have a craving for crispy skin duck with plum sauce. See what you've done?

Yumsicle! It was cold that morning, and I had some hot seafood broth, dim sum and vegetables! Sigh. Have to find a dim sum restaurant today...!

Oh, Peking Duck is good, too! You can make it at home. Need a recipe?

And where would I find a duck in Sweden? I've NEVER seen duck for sale. It's strictly chicken and occasionally a turkey around Christmas time. I could of course go down to the harbour and catch one I guess :)

Hmmmm... order on the internet? Substitute? Perhaps we can use chicken - it has less fat and you can make the bread for the chicken slices and then use plum sauce.

Oh, I'm hungry already.
