Oh daddy,
I get to have the "meet the extended family" dinner with andrew tonight
Situations like that are not designed for awkward people, like me. I'm so nervous and scared that I'm gonna make a fool of myself and whatnot. But I dunno, Andrew wants me there, so I'm gonna go, and be polite and cute and not speak unless spoken to.

seventeen is a confusing year.
its such the stupid transition one.
so far, i wish i could just skip over seventeen. 
the most awkward age there is.

my past few days have been filled with text messaging about being cute and kissing and other nice things.
i'm probably getting my hopes up for nothing (again) but i dunno, this time feels kind different.

oh god.

i'm so bloody lonely.
and down.
i want there to be long sunny days again
not shitty, short and rainy ones.
and i want a boy to kiss me
and tell me he likes me
and hugs me.

not one that sits awkwardly next to me on the bus and fails at conversations.
