If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be? Assuming I can't change one thing that has already happened, seeing as that would seriously affect the way the world is today, I think I would change how closeminded people are. I really hate it when someone is opposed to something for no reason other than the fact that they think it's wrong (i.e. gay marriage), or because some book written by a few guys says it is. It's not hurting, let them do what they want. It's proposterous that a girl and a boy who have just met can get married in Vegas, but a gay couple who've been together 30 years can't because a monkey is running the country.
What makes a person respectable? If you can listen to someone else's beliefs and get where they're coming from without compromising your own beliefs, you've earned my respect. If you try to push your beliefs on someone, you've lost it.
What do you look for in a friend? I look for someone who is on the same intellectual level as I am. If you can't hold a conversation, don't even think about it. I like someone who's willing to stand up for their beliefs but doesn't push them. Sense of humor that almost mirrors my own, sardonic wit is awesome. I like someone who will stand up for people that are being wronged. I do NOT like anyone who sits on the sidelines when they could be doing something. Plus, nobody who is more sneaky than me. And I'm pretty sneaky...I like people that can understand who I am and where I come from in my beliefs, and who can talk about their beliefs without making an ass of themselves.
What are your hobbies? I love love LOVE my computer. I enjoy talking to my best friend Chas who lives in New York (*waves* Hi Chas!) I also enjoy running, it helps to get my mind off of things when I'm really bummed out about something. I do graphic arts, and I love html coding. I would say school, except sometimes school makes me really depressed. I always feel like I'm not reaching my full potential or that I'm being held back by my school system (Georgia, anyone? Henry County? Then you know what I mean).
Have or would you give time and money to a charity? Yeah, if I had the extra time and money and it was a cause that I believed in. But otherwise, probably not. I'm pretty stingy with my money. I usually feel that if I've earned it, I want to keep it for myself or put it away for when I need it. But if I made some extra money and didn't think I was going to use it, I'd probably give it to charity.
What is the one thing you would most like to accomplish? Right now I'd just like to get out of high school and into college. I guess in the long run, I'd like to die knowing I somehow made a difference, even if it was just in one person's life. Wow I sounded really sentimental there. I'm not, trust me. *cringes*
Who is your role model? To be honest, I don't really have one. I just live like who I feel like I want to be. It varies from day to day. One day I wake up and decide I want to cut all of my hair off. Other days I wake up and decide that I want to be nice to someone. Sometimes I wake up and am just a total bitch.
What trait most annoys you about other people? Stupidity. Honestly, I think it should be a crime. I can not stand when someone tries to talk about something, when they have no idea what the subject matter is. It makes them seem highly unintelligent and uneducated, and I just can not stand this. Also, I hate when people try to be the hero all the time and want attention. Honestly, I don't really like Harry Potter (the character), I'd much rather have books about Snape, who puts himself on the line all the time, but never feels the need to bring it up in every conversation ("I'm the boy who lived blah blah blah!" "Pay attention to me!" Grr.).
What do you want to do for a living? I don't know. I almost want to teach Psychology at a university, but I'll be honest here. I like money. I'm sorry. I just couldn't be a teacher, they don't get paid enough. So I guess I want to be whatever will get me the most money, as long as I enjoy it and it's legal.
If your friend was attacked (by a person, animal, or (in the magic world) beast), what would you do? I don't want to be mean or anything or seem evil, but honestly, I would Crucio them. *looks down in shame* If it was a beast, then chances are there is no other way for me to get it off of my friend (same with an animal). I'm a tiny person. If it was a person, and I could take them, then I would. But...depending on which friend it is, if they don't really like me, then I would probably run for help, knowing full well that I am capable. Gosh I seem really evil. Sorry?
Would you ever use an Unforgivable Curse for any reason? As I stated above, if it depended on someone's welfare (namely, mine), then yes, I would.
What do you think are your top five abilities or qualities? For some unconceivable reason I feel really uncomfortable answering this. But here goes. I guess my intelligence. I'm blunt: I will tell you exactly what I think and care nothing about repercussions (I'll talk my way out of it somehow). I'm a bit snarky at times, I don't know if that's a good or bad quality, but I like it, so whatever. I like my ability to remember every word to every song I've ever heard (no kidding, it's true). I love my good memory, even if there are some things I could do without remembering. Chas says I make pretty graphics, which I do like doing. It's fun.
What do you think are your top five weaknesses or worst qualities? Bad qualities? I have none. Hah, sorry. I don't wish to talk about my bad qualities because if I did, that'd be giving you power over me, in the sense that you'd know something about me. I don't like peope knowing my weaknesses. But if you tell me I must, I supposed I'll edit and talk about them.
Define in your own words the following key traits:
Courage: I feel that courage is doing what you want, no matter how anybody else says. You shouldn't let other people influence you.
Loyalty: I suppose that'd be when you stick by somebody's side, unless they do something utterly horrible to you, in that case, leave them. :D
Intelligence: I do not think that intellegence should be measured by what you know, but by how well you can use that knowledge.
Ambition: The desire, (furthermore, the need, for some people) to achieve their goals, regardless of what they have to do to get there.

What house do you think DOESN'T fit you? (This question is optional for those who feel they just DO NOT fit in a house. Please explain WHY.) I know that I probably come off as a Ravenclaw, but I don't feel that I should go here. Ravenclaws always seem so serious (and I probably do in this app, I'm not like this all the time), which is not me. I like to goof off and play around and have fun. I also don't feel like I would fit well in Hufflepuff because I'm not very loyal (as you can see by the friend attacked question). If it came down to me and someone else, I'd pick myself.
Where did you find out about us? My friend Chas (veelahouseelf). Hi Chas.
