Just dropped by to check up on something ... and I found this again. I love this story. It kills me to never, ever know exactly what they said, but Keith with his audio amplifier (or not, as the case may be) ... that killed me.

One day I'm going post about all those fics I love that need to be a) finished or b)have a sequel. This probably will be on it :D

youre very sweet :) im always kind of fascinated by what relationships look like on the outside, to someone who doesnt really know whats what, and i was amused that keith probably had no idea that veronica CLEARLY wears the pants, even with the local bad boy. <3

(dont get your hopes up for a sequel, though haha. unless youve got any ideas, i dont know where i would take it.)

Oh, I ALWAYS have ideas! Pick it up from that very scene, the sunscreen bit. Let us hear what Veronica has said, and what he says back. Let us see what he's thinking when he sees Keith - whether they knew he was watching, for example. (Maybe Weevil's got some dirty thoughts going on but he's keeping his hands to himself because they know Keith is up there :D)

Maybe he's promising to take her somewhere she can actually swim, and she's promised to do it sans bikini :D

oh God STOP ME!

OOOOOH, actually, I think that could work - with them knowing that Keith is onto them, and toying with him. And maybe in the midst of that, they finally get their acts together and move beyond outrageous flirting.

.....DAMN IT. LIKE I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TO WRITE ALREADY.
