Can someone show me how i can shrink a picture so that i can upload it here as a userpic ???? i know many people dont like the eye pic of me....but trust me i started off by pasting a complete pic, but kept reducing the size till only my eye would fit in the allowed 300 x 300 pixel space.......:(

I dunno about everyone else, but I upload my pictures to flickr. After uploading, it gives the option for resizing to thumbnail sizes... and then I resave that to my HD and then upload that (or just use that) as my userpic. Requires abit of uploading/downloading, but it's the easiest way I know how to do it.
