Realization: except for my top 2-4 choices, it doesn't matter where I put movies in my Netflix queue.
Realization: anticipating and then receiving something in the mail may be worth the cost of Netflix all on it's own.
Realization: I really want to get back into the habit of sending snail mail to people, even if no one ever writes back.

Ah, yes, the weekend lull. No one posting. I suppose I could read back entries for some of my new LJ friends, but I'm not in an archival mood. Among other things, there's a skunk wandering somewhere nearby. Sometimes skunk smell isn't too bad, but this one is foul. Wow, that was impressive. I wanted to clear off one set of shelves in the basement so I could shift things around and fit more items onto them. Today I did a lot of filing (it's been piling up for months), and I dumped 5 binders worth of materials from old classes. If I haven't reviewed any of it by this point, I'm not going to! Cleaning up the back lab at work.
