You could take pictures of him anyway. I'd like to meet your rat! :)

I have tried to take pictures of him. There are only two times it is possible. 1) When he is sleeping. Which means he is in his cage, often inside a box, so the picture is through bars and into a small dark space. 2) When he is eating. For whatever reason, pictures taken when he is eating make him look mean, like all the negative stereotypes of a rat. This does not seem a fair image to share of a very handsome and friendly rat.

At all other times he is in motion. I have tried to take video, but then he runs up on me, such that I cannot keep the camera on him/in focus.

But I'll see what I can do. :)

I often want to take pictures of Neme, but she has moved by the time I was free to do that.

I very much understand. The ferals are that way. And Jordan the rat is always in motion. Unless he is asleep.
