wow. just wow. im sorry you had such an eventful day. i admit though that i loved reading this. The library lady sounds.....incredibly annoying and stupid....yes....yes i remember that....in other news, why were you disdainful and afraid of the library in the past? i admit im very curious.
i just don't like people being ostentatious about studying and/or learning. and that's what libraries always struck me as. also, i don't do well with aaaaany distractions - especially noise - and libraries somehow magnify noise for me, rather than reduce it. (plus, i really like lugging around tons of books to try to kill my back. kidding. kidding.) and finally: people emanate stress around anything resembling a stress-producing time, and i am wary of this. don't think it's healthy.
also also, as you might have picked up from this piece, i'm kinda scared of librarians :-O but i'd be willing to confront this fear, and in fact think i did, rather well, tonight.
