yeah, really hadn't been reading about it, and really wouldn't have predicted that before the primaries... how long have they been going now? already seems like forever :-P

I’m surprised too, I saw a lot of conversations where Americans expressed their (reasonable) annoyance at the media’s attempt to make this a race/gender decision, playing oppression olympics. A lot of those conversations ended with “You know what, my policies are more aligned with Edwards.”

I thought all those people who claim colourblindness (yet cover their watch when a black man hops on a train…oh, that’s more a lass thing is? Sure it is…) and would be happy for a woman to be in power (just not this woman…) would be debating the Obama/Clinton merits all the way to the ballot box, and then tick Edwards.

Yeah, those crazy primaries...I did think they'd be more affected by what people thought was electability vs the 'Pubs...
