There is a
Firefly Prompt-a-thon happening, and like any insane geek I am powerless to resist a Firefly prompt-a-thon. :)

I love how Mal's voice changes when he's speaking to River. Sends a little shiver through me. Yeah...
Nandi! Great character study for both her and Inara. I'm not a good judge of femmeslash, but I liked this a lot. Just so you know :)
Hee...Mulder and his proof. I think he'd make River an x-file all of her own, if he could, and probably still never figure her out.
Well done on all three, loved them all (and reading Firefly again. Really loved that, too!)

You can never have enough prompts.
So true.

Yay! :D I always write Mal to be attractive to ME, so it's very exciting that the stuff I see in my head is attractive to other people too. He just naturally does it with River. BECAUSE HE LOVES HER.
Great character study for both her and Inara.
THANK you. *glows*

That just makes me want to write more of them. *BLUSHES* I am so weird. But I love the Mulder/River cross. They egg each other on.

Hurray! :D I totally might write more of them, too -- I really enjoyed doing this. It gives me a lot of new insight on both their characters, and it makes more sense to me than any pairings they had on the show.
Thanks so much for your comments. :)

I also like your characterization of River that pins down how she can be fierce and wild, but also a bit off-putting or vulnerable.

Sometimes I'm afraid I make River too vulnerable, so it was really good to hear that. <33333 Thank you, again. :)
