Someone else likes me.
I don't know who I like.
Do I even like anyone?
Should I give him a chance?
Or is giving someone a chance simply just
swallowing your pride and giving up?
I thought the whole high school dating scene
was a normal part of growing up and living life.
Guess I'm just not that lucky.

You are an extraordinary person.
Why give up your amazingness and settle for typical, movie-endorsed, mediocre, expected high school experience?
You are incredibly lucky to have guys falling for you, but it doesn't mean that just because they do like you that you always must feel the same way back.
If you have a standard that you would like a guy to meet, it isn't wrong to wait for a guy to meet it. Just settling for a guy who likes you doesn't mean you'll be happy. And that's what you deserve to be, Happy.
You shouldn't be rushed into knowing who you like. It's not something that just pops up randomly. It's a developing feeling that should be given time to grow. If, after time, thought, and consideration, you decide that you like the person back or any person then that is exactly when it was suppose to happen.
You'll find your person in due course.
The better things in life should be worth waiting for.

Because technically the high school experience depends on the person. And the experience differs.
And if you like a guy, you tend to know it.
So not knowing means that you probably don't like them.
And if you don't want to lower your standards, you shouldn't have to.
