Tip for creditors: when tey call you, tell them immediately that you are recording the call. They will ask you to stop recording it. Tell them no. They should stop calling for atleast a month.

It sucks so much that you're in this tough situation right now, but I hope you were able to have a mostly enjoyable birthday weekend anyway. I forgot to look at your shoulder before I left! Sorry.

Things will improve soon for you and for your family, I'm sure. You know what they say about "darkest before dawn" and all that jazz. I think that really applies in this situation.
